Born and raised in Des Moines, we both have a deep understanding of the local &amp; surrounding communities. This job is very rewarding and has allowed us to help our clients reach their goals &amp; dreams.</p> <p>Scott has had extensive management &amp; training courses, as well as being a Dale Carnegie graduate. Before Scott got into real estate, he worked for PDI for 12 years and then took a job as a sales consultant for Jostens traveling all around Iowa. Aside from real estate, Scott is passionate about family, sports, landscaping, camping, hunting, fishing, and doing just about anything outdoors.</p> <p>Molly worked for an abstract company and also as a mortgage loan officer for 7 years before changing careers, teaming with Scott in real estate. She is also fluent in ASL, an added niche for our hearing-impaired clients.
