“Milt and team did a great job helping us find our new dream home and sell our current home. Milt called us based on local knowledge of a house he thought we would be interested in and had not planned to tour. He was correct and we bought the house. To sell our current house, Milt came by and helped us with yard work by trimming trees and getting our house ready. He also helped fix some items in our basement that would have cost us money to hire someone to fix. He can be somewhat of a handyman!
