He then launched a career in that industry in Nashville upon his graduation. He was quickly signed as a professional songwriter with exclusive worldwide publishing deals with renowned companies such as Warner Brothers, Desmond Childs&#8217; Deston Songs, and Cal IV Entertainment. Mike wrote for a wide variety of artists, and his songs have been recorded by Kenny Rogers, Lee Ann Womack, Tracy Lawrence, Neal McCoy, Clay Walker, Selah, The Isaacs, and many others. He has had songs featured on Grammy nominated albums, on a Dove award nominated album, and on both national and international television shows. He has had several charting country singles, a #1 Christian single, a song on a #1 movie soundtrack, songs made into music videos, compositions translated into other languages, and cuts in the country, Christian, pop, and bluegrass genres. After a successful decade in the music business, Mike shifted his focus to the Nashville real estate business. He began in 2006 with David Pearson Real Estate, and in 2013, he founded his own company, Post &amp; Company Real Estate. Along the way, Mike purchased many residential rental properties and eventually started Rosedale Property Group, a boutique property management company. In 2021, Post &amp; Company was acquired by Crye Leike, the number four real estate firm in America. To date, Mike has sold over $200 million worth of residential real estate. He resides in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife, Susanne, and their two children.</p>
