“DO NOT rent 1519 Kinnikinnik St. I had an absolutely horrible experience there, only made worse by having Michelle as a property manager. The house lost heat and hot water multiple times through the winter (likely because the house is very poorly built - not equipped for an AK winter). It was also infested with mice and apparently had been for a while. Whenever I told Michelle about these issues, she was unresponsive and/or useless. At most she would say someone was coming by to take a look. But no one would ever show up and nothing ever changed. This happened repeatedly throughout the winter until I finally gave up and moved out.”
