<p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong><em>Go Phila</em></strong> --those tourism incentives used to lure people to the city of Brotherly Love&mdash;worked for us!&nbsp; &nbsp;We &lsquo;Jerseyites' ventured&nbsp; across the river to discover this &nbsp;wonderful enclave of culture&mdash;the arts, history, entertainment, a vibrant foodie scene and sports. &nbsp;&nbsp;During our various trips, &nbsp;we visited different neighborhoods and marveled at their&nbsp; unique characteristics--each one had a charm of its own. We were hooked&hellip;we put our house on the market&nbsp; and moved to Old City, attracted to the &lsquo;industrial'&nbsp; architecture, a center of arts, retail and transportation. </p> <p>&nbsp;It was a time of change, so why not a new career path.&nbsp; What better way to &nbsp;know&nbsp; the city and its people, AND do something interesting and meaningfull--real estate seemed like the perfect choice.&nbsp; </p> <p>&nbsp;My &nbsp;previous professional&nbsp; background is &nbsp;in Arts Administration which has provided me with an understanding of &nbsp;PROCESS. &nbsp;&nbsp;Buying or selling a house, whether it's an investment or for personal use, is very much a process.&nbsp; It needs a vision, &nbsp;a plan, facilitation and completion.&nbsp; It requires patience and resilience&mdash;qualities I possess.&nbsp; <br/></p> <p>Being a &lsquo;newbie' to the area has allowed me to see the city with &nbsp;fresh perspectives and an &nbsp;enthusiasm and passion for sharing them. &nbsp;&nbsp;I have&nbsp; acquired&nbsp; greater knowledge and honed my negotiating skills&nbsp; with a deeper understanding of the city's pulse, as it relates to the real estate market.&nbsp; </p> <p/> <br/> <p>&nbsp;My promise to my clients:&nbsp; </p> <p>&nbsp;Honesty </p> <p>Hard Work</p> <p>Good Communication</p> <p>Personal Attention</p> <p>Successful Results</p> <p>&nbsp;It is my goal to be helpful..to assist people with what they need to know about buying or selling real real estate..to fulfill my motto:&nbsp; .YOUR Satisfaction is MY Success.&nbsp; </p> <p/>
