Go Phila --those tourism incentives used to lure people to the city of Brotherly Love—worked for us!   We ‘Jerseyites' ventured  across the river to discover this  wonderful enclave of culture—the arts, history, entertainment, a vibrant foodie scene and sports.   During our various trips,  we visited different neighborhoods and marveled at their  unique characteristics--each one had a charm of its own. We were hooked…we put our house on the market  and moved to Old City, attracted to the ‘industrial'  architecture, a center of arts, retail and transportation.  It was a time of change, so why not a new career path.  What better way to  know  the city and its people, AND do something interesting and meaningfull--real estate seemed like the perfect choice.   My  previous professional  background is  in Arts Administration which has provided me with an understanding of  PROCESS.   Buying or selling a house, whether it's an investment or for personal use, is very much a process.  It needs a vision,  a plan, facilitation and completion.  It requires patience and resilience—qualities I possess.  Being a ‘newbie' to the area has allowed me to see the city with  fresh perspectives and an  enthusiasm and passion for sharing them.   I have  acquired  greater knowledge and honed my negotiating skills  with a deeper understanding of the city's pulse, as it relates to the real estate market.   My promise to my clients:   Honesty Hard Work Good Communication Personal Attention Successful Results  It is my goal to be helpful..to assist people with what they need to know about buying or selling real real estate..to fulfill my motto:  .YOUR Satisfaction is MY Success.
