“Michele was fantastic to work with. She was a deep expert in the areas that we were looking in (North Dallas and Dallas proper). Although she was very busy (we specifically contracted her services due to her personal volume, so we expected as much), she was always very responsive and made herself available for showings. So many showings. We looked at houses for approximately 8 months, looking for just the right property. We found just the right one in the end, and she was always thoughtful and insightful in her pre-screening and assessment. She got to know what we were looking for quickly and at no time pushed us to take action we didn't feel 100% comfortable with, despite the significant amount of time our search must have taken out of her schedule. She was very well regarded with her peers and had an excellent depth and breadth of knowledge of all associated processes. Michele is forthright, honest, has a high level of integrity, and works very hard to find her clients the right house. Then she advocates to get them the right price. I would recommend her to anyone, and would work with her again without hesitation.”
