<p>I have been specializing in Historic Properties in New Orleans for over 17 years with hundreds of satisfied clients. I personally own multiple historic homes in the New Orleans area, so my expertise comes not only from helping my clients but as a buyer, seller, renovator and landlord.</p> <p>I have been licensed since June 2007. Previously, my experience had been as a buyer, seller and landlord of properties both commercial and residential. Most of these properties have been in Uptown New Orleans. A native New Yorker, I have been in New Orleans since 1982. From 1984-2003, I owned and operated All Natural Foods &amp; Deli. My experience as a merchant gives me a business-like approach to selling and purchasing property. As a retailer, I learned that the only way to run a successful business is to give excellent customer service.
