<p>Nebraska Real Estate and Property Management Services</p> <p>Since 2012 I have built a real estate business and certified property management service that focused on serving clients where ever they were located. Doing so meant learning about many different communities throughout eastern and central Nebraska. It meant putting in the miles and the hard work to know how to effectively market, build local relationships, and connect well with agents who focus only on their communities.</p> <p>After millions of dollars in transactions, and with membership in 3 different MLS markets from Omaha to Kearney and Cozad, there are not many places that I won't go to help my clients.</p> <p>From October of 2023 - March 2024 I've closed transactions and managed Nebraska rental properties in: Bellevue, Omaha, Papillion, Lincoln, Fairbury, Columbus, Stromsburg, York, Grand Island, Kearney, Wood River, and Cozad. And since 2012 there are many other locations.</p> <p>There are some areas that are just too far. If I can't help a client I will be honest about it, but I also have excellent agents I can refer others too so they get good service even if I can't do it. Michael was amazing and went above and beyond anything we could have expected; he would go to the houses and shoot walkthrough videos during the day and then upload them that night to YouTube so that we could watch them the next morning (this sometimes took hours due to YouTube's slow upload speeds).
