I have multiple designations including my Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), two-term President of the Independent Brokers Association (IBA) for 2021 & 2022, Tom Ferry coached for five years, and consistently in the top 3% of agents nationally. Sales award winner 2022, 2021, 2020, and 2018. My average "days on market" when selling a home is 3 days and I have an over 95% acceptance rate on offers I write to purchase a home.</p>
