“I've worked with Mia and her team three times now: when I bought my first home in 2020, then again this last year as we sold my property and bought a new one. I can't recommend her services strongly enough - working with her made the stories we had heard about the Seattle real estate market sound like they were from another planet. Both in 2020 and last year, we bought the first house we made an offer on. Our first home was purchased at an offer below list price, and or most recent offer got accepted dispite a competing offer over $15,000 higher than our own. When she helped us sell our townhouse, it was staged and on the market the same week we moved out. Overall, she's a wonderfully effective agent and a delight to work with. I'm currently writing this from a home that we KNEW we weren't going to get - it too perfect, too cute, and had too many people touring who agreed. It was already near the top of our budget and was clearly bait for a bidding war. But I'm here! I'm not entirely sure how, but I know I have Mia and her team to thank.”
