Matt Hurlburt

<p>Matt brings substantial experience to his business, having started his practice in 1995 and joining RE/MAX North Professionals in 2001. Matt&#8217;s ability to cultivate relationships<br />personally and professionally represent one of the tools he has at his disposal to accomplish the array of tasks for a successful transaction in the current fast paced real estate environment. In 2017, he strategically opened his own satellite Burlington RE/MAX office in the downtown marketplace, becoming downtown&#8217;s only national real estate franchise. A year later, a principal of the company joined forces and the two built out an upper floor office at 40 Main Street, housing their two small teams. As a long-term Burlington resident, Matt is one of the only agents that lives and works in the City, creating an intimate connection to the marketplace. Personal experience includes renovating a 60&#8217;s Cape style duplex investment property in Burlington, building a new principal residence, and later renovating a 70&#8217;s classic Tudor home in Burlington&#8217;s New North End. A few recent automotive related commercial real estate transactions round out the ever-changing Burlington real estate adventure. Matt is an avid car enthusiast, member of the Green Mountain Kruzerz, and custodian of a 60&#8217;s muscle car as well as some more modern classics. Matt and his partner of over twenty years are parents to two stray cats, and Lexi, their adopted Whippet. Travel has always been an interest, and for decades, Ft. Lauderdale has been a destination for recharging with friends from around the country under the warm sun.</p>
