<p>MaryBeth has lived in the Wilmington area for over 20 years. She is full-time Buyer's Agent with The Kat Geralis Home Team.</p> <p>Prior to her real estate career, MaryBeth was an educator and sports coach who worked with students from grade school to the collegiate level. Under her leadership she mentored many successful students and coached several championship teams.</p> <p>MaryBeth finds her skills from teaching directly transfers to working with a variety of clients in real estate. She provides education and guidance to her clients to create a positive real estate experience. Her experience compliments her approach with all types of home buyers.</p> <p>For the past 2 years, MaryBeth has been assisting Kat with a vast number of marketing tools to effectively promote their client's properties. She has also marketed Kat's web presence as a real estate leader in the Wilmington market.</p> <p>Today, MaryBeth is a dedicated Buyer's Agent who focuses on first-time home buyers. She provides a wealth of information to her clients and protects their interests throughout the home buying process. Her patience and approachability put home buyers at ease.</p> <p>MaryBeth welcomes her client's questions and promptly returns calls and emails. She has a genuine passion for helping home buyers achieve their goals, and strives to help them succeed.</p> <p>When she's not working, MaryBeth enjoys time with her family, cooking, boating, and fitness. She is also an avid USTA doubles tennis player.&nbsp;</p>
