“Marta Day was recommended by my neighbor who marta helped sold their house a few months before I listed and sold mine. My neighbor highly recommended Marta due that theirs was only in the market less than a week and sold at asking price. I initially listed my house a few months back with another realator and didn't sold. When I contacted Marta, I immediately realize how good she was!! Very knowledgable and readily pinpoint and highlighted reason why my house didn't not sold before with another relator. She immediately gain my trust and I knew I was in good hand since the first day I talked to her over the phone. Through our the course of listing and selling my house she was, Marta showed exceptional commitment and prompt to respond any concern and email I send to her. After realizing how responsible she was I wanted to be in the same level of responsibility in exchanging email and filling paper work and such.
