“There are certain big decisions at seminal moments when we need someone, superb at what they do, on our side. A great football coach once said, "Beware of 'yes men'. Generally, they are losers. Surround yourself with winners." I've put a lot of miles on this quote because it works. So, when we needed to sell our most valuable asset, I hunted for the most successful real estate teams. I interviewed at least three real estate teams. I hired the one that stood head and shoulders above the rest. The bottom line, the Bishop team proved to be the most resourceful group I've ever used. They did an amazing job at every step from beginning to end. But the highlight for me was watching their prep work for pics of the house and home showings. I've not seen agents work so hard. They take the whole sales process to another level. No "fluffing the pillows and baking cookies" routine. Their work is professional. Our home in North Shelby went on the market during the slowest real estate time of the year. But, it sold in 5 days! Too fast for an Open House. I'm convinced that our home sold faster than others in our area was all their attention to the fine details. Although I only used them on the sale of our home, I could not be more thankful.”
