I work one-on-one with my clients to ensure they are well educated about the process so that you are prepared for your real estate transaction. I get to represent you throughout the entire process. As your representative in a real estate transaction, I believe that setting expectations is important. You should know best and worst case scenarios, prior to entering the market, so that if something unusual happens, you’re prepared for it. It’s better to be aware of all the potential obstacles ahead of time, instead being overwhelmed by them as they come up during the purchase. It’s important to talk about each step of the process, from getting pre-approval, to the home inspection, to moment you get the keys, I want to review the steps prior to them occurring. Knowledge of the area is very important. This certainly helps with being able to guide you towards where value is derived from on properties, whether they are over-priced or priced correctly, I’ll provide you with the data to arm you for an offer that makes sense for the property. For example, there is a big difference between being in Upper Fells Point and Fells Point. Likewise in the county, knowing where school districts start and end is vital and can have an impact on the value of the property. Only an agent that understands your neighborhood, can correctly guide you to gaining the most successful results. My preference is to work one on one with my clients. I will always be your main point of contact for your transaction. I believe in providing a high level of service for my clients, which means being available when it’s most convenient to you, whether that is morning, afternoon, evenings, and even weekends.
