“Mariessa was referred by a friend. During the seven weeks I was searching for a house she sent me many MLS listings, met with me 4/7 when the houses I wanted to see turned out to be pending, and drove me to various locations. When I found the house I especially wanted 4/30 she did a FaceTime with me 4/31 and arranged for a showing 5/1. She advised me to write a love letter to the seller, finalized the contract 5/1, submitted my bid, and congratulated me that evening on the acceptance by the seller!! She kept me fully informed through the closing on 6/11 and even communicated back-and-forth household items the seller was willing to have me buy. Living seven hours away complicated these transactions, but Mariessa kept the whole process moving smoothly for me. She did a final FaceTime with me 6/10 which was very helpful since I had only seen the house once. Even though I know this was an extremely busy time for her with other clients I always found her to be there for me when I needed information of any kind. Mariessa also provided references for me, and I already have an appointment next week with a carpet/tile person. I certainly appreciate all her efforts to make my home purchase as stress-free as possible.”
