Communication was almost non-existent — days would pass without a reply to calls, texts, or emails, even on time-sensitive matters. Important details were missed, deadlines were allowed to slip, and I constantly felt like I had to chase her down for basic updates. Instead of feeling represented, I felt ignored. In my opinion, responsiveness and professionalism are the bare minimum in a realtor, and unfortunately Marcia fell far short on both.
