<p>Maggie was raised in Arlington, Texas. She moved to New Mexico in 2002 and quickly it became home! Maggie has been a business owner since 2000, to a popular local franchise throughout New Mexico and neighboring states. Being raised by a family of business owners, customer service has always been second nature. After reevaluating her career in the restaurant business, Maggie decided she needed a new challenge. Determined to succeed, she hit the ground running. In her first year, 2015, she was recognized as one of Keller William&#8217;s Top 20% producers. While that was a great accomplishment, it served as a steppingstone. Today Maggie is in the top 3%. Maggie&#8217;s hard work and relentless dedication led her down the exclusive path to becoming a Listing Specialist. It is this niche market where Maggie excels. She understands the complexities that come with selling a home. From home staging, to bidding wars, to repairs, Maggie has what it takes to ensure her sellers have a seamless experience. Aside from her client&#8217;s experiences, Maggie is a trusted mentor within the real estate community.
