Throughout the process, Logan consistently avoided accountability, minimized serious concerns (including contractor threats), and failed to communicate clearly during critical points like access arrangements and closing prep. He offered surface-level politeness but did not advocate for me as a client. When given the chance to acknowledge the challenges I faced — including serious health issues and legal stress — he responded with a one-line message that ignored everything I raised. I would not recommend Logan to anyone looking for reliable, client-centered real estate representation.”
