To say I could not have sold my Bonnie Brae home for top dollar without Liz and her team is an understatement. This was no small undertaking. Liz meticulously prepared my home for the market. She recommended new carpet, fresh paint, updated light and plumbing fixtures, window washing, staging, and several pre inspections so we could launch with confidence. She connected me with her trusted vendors, which saved me a significant amount of money, and she personally oversaw the work and repairs while I was living out of the home. The result was multiple offers and a sales price above asking. Her marketing was elegant, strategic, and truly stood apart. Liz is the total package, and I recommend her without hesitation.

I was referred to this agent by my boss, who used her to purchase a multimillion-dollar home. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. It became clear that transactions below a certain price point were not a priority. I felt that lower-budget clients were delegated rather than personally supported, and the communication style came across as dismissive and overly focused on the commission rather than the client relationship. Professionalism, attention to detail, and equal respect for all clients are essential in real estate, and that was not the experience I had. I also overheard unprofessional remarks about another client, which further raised concerns for me. I ultimately chose to work with a different realtor who was respectful, informative, and proactive in providing data about the areas I was considering. Based on my experience, I would not recommend working with her if you’re looking for attentive and client-centered representation.
