<p>After decades of helping families find their perfect place to call home in Omaha, we&#8217;re bringing our Midwestern work ethic&#8212;and a passion for top-notch service&#8212;to the Florida Gulf Coast as well! I'm part of a husband-and-wife real estate team with over 40 years of combined experience in everything from first-time home buying to investment property strategy. We&#8217;ve lived in 10 different homes over the course of our 30+ year marriage, relocated across states, and tackled everything from flips to long-term rentals to short-term stays&#8212;so when we say we&#8217;ve been there, done that, we truly mean it.</p> <p>A real estate mentor first introduced us to the Emerald Coast back in 2020. We instantly fell in love with the sugar-white sands, the sense of community, and the incredible lifestyle this area offers. Not long after, we bought a condo in Destin to use as a short-term rental and began visiting often. The more we got to know the area, the more we realized we weren&#8217;t just dreaming about living here&#8212;we were planning for it as our primary home. In 2025, we made it official.</p> <p>Dennis brings a background in mortgage banking, giving our clients a major advantage when navigating the financial side of homebuying. Lisa&#8217;s leadership in the real estate industry has been recognized through numerous awards and honors. While in Omaha, we consistently ranked in the top 5% of all Realtors in our metro area. Lisa had the privilege of serving as President of both the Omaha Area Board of Realtors and the Nebraska REALTORS&#174; Association, and was appointed by the Governor to a six-year term as a Nebraska Real Estate Commissioner. Together, we were honored to be voted <em>Best of Omaha</em> in the Real Estate category for 13 consecutive years. We also co-founded RE/MAX Results and led it successfully for nearly 14 years before selling the company to focus fully on our clients.</p> <p>We&#8217;re now based in beautiful Gulf Breeze, FL, and proudly serve all areas within about 90 minutes of the stunning Emerald Coast&#8212;while continuing to support our Omaha clients through our trusted local team.
