<p>A little about me. I moved to Urbandale in 2005. With over 17 years of experience working on all sides of the transaction: as a lender, realtor, and for an attorney's office closing the loans.<br><br>I am Master Certified Negotiation Expert, MCNE, and will use that designation to your advantage whether buying or selling your home. Less than 1% of Realtors nationwide have a MCNE designation. My passion is to negotiate a deal so that both sides feel that they have won.<br><br>I am a co-owner of Staging 515, here in Des Moines. My oldest has her undergrad degree in acounting from Iowa and her MBA from Drake and is now taking the CPA series exams. My middle child is an electrician which really comes in handy for those property inspections, and my youngest is a sophmore at Iowa State.
