<p>Real estate, at its core, is about guidance, protection, and positioning — and I take that responsibility seriously.</p> <p>I began my career in 1998 as a real estate paralegal, which gave me a deep understanding of contracts, timelines, and the legal side of transactions long before I became licensed in 2013. That foundation is still one of my biggest strengths. I’m not just negotiating — I’m anticipating issues, protecting your position, and structuring deals strategically from the start.</p> <p>After building my experience at Keller Williams, I joined The Slocum Home Team in October 2023. Their motto, <em>“every home is someone’s castle,”</em> genuinely aligns with how I operate. Whether it’s a first condo or a long-term investment, I treat it like it matters — because it does.</p> <p>My approach is simple: clear communication, smart strategy, and strong advocacy. I’m direct, transparent, and calm under pressure. I don’t believe in “hoping” things work out — I believe in positioning you so they do.</p> <p>I’m a graduate of Rhode Island College with a B.A. in Film Studies and Communications, which translates directly into how I market homes and communicate throughout every stage of a transaction.</p> <p>I live in East Providence with my husband, son, and our Aussiedoodle, Ripley. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me on long walks (usually with Ripley), at a Celtic's basketball game, watching movies, cooking, playing board games, or spending time in Maine. She stuck with us on a new buying process which lasted over a year with countless open houses and several bids and negotiations finally finding us a home in our desired area, we nailed the bidding war...
