“Jennifer Brammer was the absolute best realtor and true advocate during one of the worst market surges in 2022. Home-buying was so competitive and sellers were being so greedy that finding the right home in our price-range seemed nearly hopeless. All it took was Jennifer’s confident reassurance that we WOULD find the perfect home for us, to alleviate the constant stress. There was one home in particular that we fought hard for just to be told, not once, but TWICE that the seller was going with someone else. I kind of lost all motivation after the second blow and while looking at another home, Jennifer noticed my heart wasn’t really in it.
