<p>My name is Larry Else, and I am the broker of Downtown Realty and Realtyflo Inc. I established this brokerage in 2014 and we have been known as the #1 brokerage in Detroit year over year since 2018. My secret to success is my cutting edge listing platform, designed and constantly updated based on the latest marketing techniques and premium marketing of my listings. Some of those techniques include specialized syndication on over 900 websites and translated into dozens of languages to be marketed on international real estate portals, producing extremely accurate property valuations, and preparing my listings with quality public remarks and photos.
