I deeply love Portland and the character that makes each neighborhood feel like its own little world. Some of my favorite corners of the city are Beaumont-Wilshire, Belmont, and St. Johns — neighborhoods full of personality, community, and the kind of charm that makes people want to put down roots.</p> <p>To me, real estate is about so much more than a transaction. It’s about helping people find home, make smart moves, and feel truly taken care of in the process. “I worked with Lauren and her assistant Felicia for buying a house and selling my condo. For our purchase, Lauren and Felicia were patient with us as we pushed to see some homes that they thought were not going to fit. They were right, but we had to see it to believe. Once we made an offer, they took the lead about contractors, repairs to request, and all the little details. It was a nerve wracking process to buy before selling with the hope that funds would be replenished upon sale. Lauren worked with us on listing to ensure we got what we wanted: a quick sale at a fair price.
