<p>LaToya Dix is Owner / Managing Broker for Dix Realty Group. Helping people has always been important to the Indianapolis native. She earned her bachelor's degree in psychology from Purdue University and her Master's of Education from Indiana University.<br />After pursuing a successful career in the education industry, LaToya decided to help people in a different way: through buying and selling homes. Since 2014, LaToya has been a premier real estate agent and broker. From the beginning of her real estate career, she vowed to provide exceptional customer service and to always advocate for her customers. As a result, more than 95 percent of her clientele is referral-based. LaToya is committed to using data to help her clients make the most informed decisions and to place them on a track for wealth-building.
