Larry is a third-generation real estate agent in residential real estate sales throughout Richmond. Real estate is and has been his only career. It’s more than a job for Larry; it’s a way of life. He has provided exceptional service and results to hundreds of satisfied clients. Larry diligently analyzes market conditions to price and position his clients’ homes to create the maximum value. His continual success is due to his ability to understand and read market conditions, communicate these findings to his clients, and create a customized marketing strategy. Actively marketing is the cornerstone of Larry’s success. He does not rely on passive activities such as the MLS system, yard signs, and newspaper advertising to sell homes. Larry believes consistent communication is the key to meeting and exceeding his client’s expectations. With success comes recognition. Larry has been named Salesperson of the Year by the Richmond Sales and Marketing Council and he has continually received accolades for sales production and marketing expertise on both the local and national levels. He is also consistently ranked as a top producer at Joyner Fine Properties. Larry has been married to Debbie for 38 years and they have three grown children.
