<p>Since arriving in Atlanta in 1993, Kyle has lived in many of Atlanta's best neighborhoods. His living experience in some of Atlanta's most unique and desirable neighborhoods combined with his professional background enables Kyle to provide a unique perspective to the Atlanta real estate marketplace. Intown areas of expertise include--Buckhead, Midtown, Virginia & Poncey Highland, Morningside, Decatur, Inman Park, Ormewood Park and Grant Park. <br>The primary focus of Kyle's real estate practice is both buyer and seller agency. He recognizes that the buying and selling of real estate are the most significant financial decisions that a client will make in their lifetime. Kyle considers his role in these decisions extremely important and strives to make this process both productive, informative and hassle free. <br> <br> Kyle is a native South Carolinian and graduate of the University of South Carolina, with a BA in Political Science. After graduation a job opportunity brought Kyle to Atlanta where he has lived and worked for the past 23 years. Prior to real estate, his professional experience has been in corporate sales and marketing for various Atlanta companies---including BellSouth and Derivion Corporation. Kyle's sales and marketing disciplines are now being applied to his residential real estate practice. </p> <p>As a Life Member of the Atlanta Realtors Association Top Producer's Club and numerous realtor designations--ABR, ASR, SFR and E-Pro, Kyle has been one of Atlanta's top producing agents for over 2 decades. <br> <br> Kyle looks forward to working with you and providing the highest level of client service available.
