<p>You've heard the all the sayings, "Home is where the heart is", "There's no place like home", "Home sweet home". Most of them are cheesy but I find them to be true for my family and I. I've lived in several different places and homes in my short life but each one I called home. These places are where many memories were made and enjoyed. However, there comes a time when change is necessary. Whether you are buying your first home, selling your 10th, relocating to the new job, downsizing because the kids are all moved out, or upsizing to make room for your growing family...I'd like to help. Most people think of a real estate transaction as exactly that...a transaction. That's where I beg to differ. You're talking about one of the most important, meaningful, financial decisions you'll ever make. Even if you're an investor and it's all about the profit, it is still a means to something really important. That's where I come in... I'm Kyle DeBoor, and I've been a full time Real estate agent since 2016. Prior to that I've owned a Paint contracting business, and have bought distressed homes to rehab and flip, both with my brother Craig. I've been married to my beautiful bride Jodi for 21 years, and we're blessed with 3 of the cutest kids, no joke. At the DeBoor Group, I work along side my brother Craig and a hard working team. Being on a team means our clients get the best possible service because of numerous skills. I specialize in educating, consulting, and negotiating for my clients in the home buying or selling process from start to finish. “Kyle is an exceptional real estate agent. He is very organized, Plans ahead of time and kept me up to date during my house selling process. Very easy going personality, gave his honest opinion on the listing price keeping in mind about our profit and time constraints, as we had to move out of state to start a new job.
