She is licensed Realtor and unlicensed woman of faith, dog mom, friend to many, foodie, traveler, hiker, and boater. Named as one of Maryland's top producing Realtors, Kristi has been creating raving fans of her real estate business since 2003. With 20+ years of experience, knowledge and expertise, Kristi has served hundreds of real estate clients in the Annapolis and surrounding areas.</p> <p>She is both a <a href="http://www.kn-team.com/" target="_self">waterfront</a> and luxury home marketing expert. At the completion of 2016, she rose to the Top 1% of all Maryland realtors and Top 1% in sales volume in the USA. Last year, over 10,000 trees were planted in honor of our clients and to offset the carbon footprint of our real estate business. Kristi drives an electric car. Our website is hosted by a company that is powered by wind energy. We provided energy audits to clients who bought low efficiency homes with us. These audits help our clients reduce their energy usage by an average of 20% and therefore, utility bills by an average of $30/month - $50/month. All of our paper is made from FSC Certified and recycled products. And we continue to look for ways to green our business... <br /> <br />We are proud to donate to causes that also matter to our clients and friends.
