They were confident they could get nearly $70,000 more than what we sold for and even that took 10 months. They were insistent on us lowering the price all the time, unresponsive and told us they were ignoring our calls and out right lied and refused someone who called a showing. Then when we asked about that, they denied it even though we have written proof. They are not there to support you in your transaction. They are always on the buyer’s side and looking out for the buyer and themselves.”
