<p>I have lived in Billings most of my life and love calling Montana my home! I received my real estate license in 2019 and then earned my broker's license in 2022, after previously owning two retail clothing stores in downtown Billings (Rocke Gear and Marcasa Clothing) with my husband, Chuck, and raising our 4 children. I have always had an interest in homes and interior decorating, and being a realtor allows me to experience both! I have also renovated and flipped several properties.</p> <p>It is always my goal to provide the very best service to each client through individual attention, providing as much information as possible during the buying or selling process, and involving my clients in every aspect of the transaction. Regardless of if it is for a first home, a next home, or an investment property, I am passionate about real estate and feel it is a privilege to help guide buyers or sellers through the transaction process from beginning to end.</p> <p>In my free time, some of my favorite things are travel, photography, flowers, hiking, and the 49ers!...but my very favorite thing is spending as much time as possible with my family.</p>

“Kris was responsive, insightful, and thoughtful throughout the process. While Kris keeps her office in Billings, her knowledge extends west of just the Billings area and she was more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure my questions were answered on topics ranging from restaurants to repairs. If she didn't have an answer directly, she put me in touch with people who would be able to help. She never left my questions unanswered and went out of her way to provide me with the list of service providers in the area so I would not be without necessities like electricity and gas.
