“It could be a challenge for any realtor working with prospective buyers who are from outside the local market area, how about buyers coming 700 miles away from New York? I must say upfront that Kisha is the most amazingly engaged realtor you'll ever get a chance to meet. How you ask? Well, to start with, timely communication when needed and how needed either by: phone, text, email and printed material all without feeling frustrated with an unfamiliar real estate process on top of everything else and this was also true with any questions being asked to Kisha as well. That's saying something bridging that gap for an out of state buyer not to be anxious, and a New Yorker at that. Not feeling rushed, ever. Never feeling uncomfortable by taking to long looking at items in the home, asking questions, measuring areas, whatever. In fact, Kisha highlighted different details thought the house that made the whole experience much more fulfilling. Didn't matter what it took, Kisha was always there supporting and making the process as un-stressful as humanly possible. Kisha built a relationship from the first handshake, thru the offer negotiations and acceptance all the way to closing and ... well to today! I'm going to owe her some pictures of our home. Really, we couldn't have found a better home that exceeded and fulfilled our specific desires, needs and wants nor a better realtor to make it happen!”
