<p>Hi there! I'm Kim Wong Balisacan and I've been in real estate since 2004. Before this, I was an art teacher at St. Andrew's Priory and while I enjoyed working with all of my students, I birthed two small fries and found them to be quite expensive. I decided to go into real estate because I wanted to be able to provide for them. As it turns out, I love real estate and I love working with all kinds of people (except for lazy real estate agents). It makes me really happy to help home buyers get into a competitive situation or to help my sellers get more moola than they were asking for. I'm a 100% Chinese and was taught the pake way at a young age by my dad. I like to create win win situations and my track record shows that I can do this. I've been ranked in the top 2% of Better Homes & Gardens agents as well as Prudential agents and was in the top 100 realtors in the state just a few years back.
