<p>I specialize in sales and purchases of residential properties, namely apartment buildings, single family homes, and condos. I offer all of my clients (investors, relocators and first-time home buyers) a professional but personal partnership that will serve to successfully negotiate their real-estate transactions. I have been managing my own rental units and adding to my real estate portfolio since 2001. I help clients negotiate the best possible price for their investment. I have established relationships with contractors, inspectors, surveyors, attorneys, accountants, appraisers, title companies and mortgage brokers to help any buyer or seller through this important financial decision. <br /></p> <p>I purchased my first investment property during my senior year of college. Shortly after graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts, I worked as the Activities Director in an assisted living home and then narrowed my focus toward the real estate profession. On a professional level, throughout my work experience, I have always loved working with people and advocating for their best interests. On a personal level, for as long as I can remember, it has been a passion of mine to find or come up with ideas to create the ideal space to call home.<br /></p> <p>My personal real estate investment experience, creative mind, organizational abilities, and professional work ethic give me the edge I need in the ever-changing real estate profession.
