I earned my real estate license in 2007, my Associate Broker license in 2011, and have since obtained my CRS, GRI, and E-Pro designations to continually strengthen my expertise. “We had fantastic experience working with Kim. The home we were we looking for was a secondary property so the wish list was pretty extensive. She took the time to understand what we were looking for before starting any viewings. Girdwood market is really challenging for buyers, Kim’s knowledge of the market combined with her expertise proved to be invaluable for us. She knew about the right properties for us ahead of time and could organize viewings so we were one of the first people to check out properties. She provided guidance during the bid process and we had to go through it many times before it was successful. Her great attitude and determination definitely played a huge positive role. Once we found the dream property with her help, she was with us every step of the way, organizing home inspection, providing feedback on their findings, working with seller’s realtor to check off the action items from inspection, even making sure the property was cleaned for the second time after the maintenance before we got the keys. Kim also was present when we were signing the documents making sure we fully understood all the details. We had no problems contacting her after the close with a few minor issues and again she was there and ready to help.
