<p>As a Denver native, I'm very familiar with our unique urban neighborhoods. I grew up in the 7th Avenue Historic District and made West Highland my home since before the original Elitch Gardens was torn down. After 20 years in northwest Denver I recently moved to Platt Park. I've witnessed a lot of change! Our city and neighborhoods have evolved from a quiet "cow town" feel to a cosmopolitan community attracting transplants from all over the country. As far as sports, we're home to teams in every major franchise, and then some. Theater and arts have also become big players in Denver's culture. Not to mention the surplus of award winning restaurants and the great playground to the west. Denver truly offers a lifestyle second to none, all with more than 300 days of sunshine a year!&nbsp;</p> <p>Recognizing all of this as a licensed Realtor, I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to help home buyers find their dreams in Denver. I spent more than 10 years in radio advertising sales and account management. This background gives me the experience needed to effectively market the homes of my sellers and professionally manage the home buying process for my buyers. I'm passionate about serving my clients well!</p> <p>When I bought my first home more than fifteen years ago I was simply looking for an investment. But I quickly realized how much where I lived impacted my lifestyle. I believe it's really important to match "where you live" with "how you live." I see my role as a real estate agent to partner with clients in finding their perfect fit. Not just a house, but their home, their neighborhood and their community.</p> <p>Travel is also one of my passions. I'm happy taking a short road trip or climbing The Great Wall of China. I truly love learning about people, their cultures and the places they live. Having seen many diverse parts of the world, I have a great appreciation for the overall beauty of Colorado. We are so lucky to live here! In the warmer months I escape to the mountains for hikes on a regular basis and plan on tackling my sixth fourteener this year. Growing up here admittedly I took the mountains for granted. Not anymore! I also enjoy the escape of a good book, wine tastings, painting classes, urban "hikes" around town, and exploring new restaurants.
