Kate has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan. Prior to real estate she earned her professional engineer license and worked in the built industry as both a consultant and in design-build.</p> <p>Outside of work Kate is a mom of two active boys. She is in her soccer mom era and enjoys running, baking, and puzzling.</p> <p>Kate is always grateful for the opportunity to help her clients reach their real estate goals.</p>

“She was totally rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even know what time it was so I doubt that she’s actually a local. I was just trying to schedule a viewing of a house and she got angry when she asked if I have an agent. I said yes and she told me “why don’t you go and call your agent at 9 o’clock at night” and then hung up on me. It’s 7 in Oregon and she called me. She wouldn’t even give me the times of the open house. Her loss. If she would’ve let me finish my sentence, she would’ve found out that I do have an agent, but he is my cousin and suggested I go with somebody who lives in the area. He’s in California.”
