In 2020 she brought on Operations Assistant Lisa Johnston, who has supported the business ever since. She spent her first four years in Denver real estate working with some of the best in the industry. She received incredible mentorship at Dwell Denver before they merged with PorchLight. She then spent two years at Live Urban until a major culture shift after an acquisition by Your Castle. Kassidy later joined West + Main, a rapidly expanding, woman-owned brokerage. This unique career path&#8212;and the high turnover she navigated&#8212;taught her everything she needed to confidently operate her own business.</p> <h3><strong>Personal Real Estate Investing</strong></h3> <p>Kassidy has a proven track record of personal real estate investing, so she truly understands the process from every angle. She owns five homes personally. She lives in a home near City Park that she gutted and rebuilt in 2023 into a 5-bed, 3-bath beauty. She self-manages her other four homes as long-term rentals. She flipped two homes with her business partner and general contractor in 2021 and 2022, Rog&amp;Wilco. In 2021 she built an ADU that she operated as an Airbnb for several years.</p> <h3><strong>Childhood &amp; Education</strong></h3> <p>Kassidy grew up in Cedaredge, a small rural town in Colorado southeast of Grand Junction. She attended the University of Colorado Boulder and moved to Denver in 2011.
