Karl Rogers

<p>Karl, a Rochester, MN native, has lived in Boston, Chicago, and Waterloo, Belgium, enriching his perspective through diverse experiences. He graduated from John Marshall High School in 1999 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a minor in Chemistry from St. Cloud State University in 2005. So, why real estate?</p> <p>Karl began his real estate career in 2013 and quickly established himself as a buyer&#8217;s specialist, successfully assisting over 50 clients in closing transactions within his first two years. Since then, he has been part of two top-producing teams in Rochester, where he played a key role in training and mentoring agents while fostering a culture of excellence. Karl is passionate about guiding people through life transitions&#8212;whether purchasing a first home, investing in property, downsizing, upgrading, or relocating for retirement.</p> <p>In August 2017, Karl was elected to the MLS Board of Directors for Southeast Minnesota Real Estate, focusing on advancing technology and vendor integrations to enhance customer service for agents and clients. In 2023, he was elected Treasurer of the SEMR Executive Boardand currently serves as President in 2025.</p> <p>Dedicated to leadership and personal development, Karl became Maxwell Leadership Certified in 2024 and earned certifications in DISC and Working Genius later that year. These certifications deepen his understanding of individual strengths and differences, enabling him to connect with and support others effectively.</p> <p>Karl has been a member of the MN State Agent Advisory Board since 2022 and serves on the MN State Professional Development Committee as of 2023. He sharpens his expertise through ongoing education, earning designations like Certified Home Buying Advisor from the National Association of Expert Advisors. Additionally, Karl has contributed to the Rochester community by teaching Community Education classes on iPad and Apple products since 2012.</p> <p>On a personal note, Karl has been married to Kristin since 2005, and together they have three daughters&#8212;twin girls born in 2000 and their youngest &#8220;little princess&#8221; born in 2014. The family is actively involved in their church, where they lead a small group, and Karl coaches the softball team while also assisting with video editing projects.</p>
