Every step of the process was fully explained and they made it so easy for me! For various reasons, it was important that I knew what price I could expect to get for the home. Karina spent so much time on her comparative market analysis so she could give me an accurate number. Once the home was ready to sell, their marketing was incredible, including drawing a custom floor plan, beautiful pictures and videos, and a fantastic description of the home that made it stand out. We got a price over asking and given the condition of the home (needs some updating!), I really was not expecting that. Karina knew exactly how to negotiate and wait for the best price. On top of all that, I truly felt they cared about me (an overwhelmed, rather stressed-out seller) and I felt like I had friends caring about me. It was a wonderful experience!”
