“I've worked with Karen (and Deb) to sell two houses and to purchase one. They are both knowledgeable about the area, the current market, and especially about what sells a house! Karen took a great deal of time in helping me get my most recent home picture perfect. If she gives you advice about what will help your home sell, listen to her! I had an immediate response to my listing, the house sold much faster than I anticipated, and with a great offer. Karen also takes the time to review the contracts and other documents. She went so far as to alert the closing attorneys to a credit they had missed (twice). The credit was in the buyer's favor, but I'm still grateful that she caught it and saved us the headache of contract revisions.”
