During our first phone call, he was friendly and willing to work with our full-times schedules to meet us to show the apartment, to sign the lease and provide us with all the information we needed going forward. He made sure to contact the landlord in a timely manner and to go above and beyond at making sure our transition went as smoothly as possible. He spoke very highly about the area we were moving to and expressed that he himself lived not too far and admired the up and coming aspects on this side of the city. Has was, and still is, professional, friendly, and determined to make sure we (and you!) are happy with your new place — he took the headache out of moving! Well not entirely, the only thing he didn’t do during all this was pack the boxes ;)”
