“Julian was pleasant to work with, he makes you feel he works for your benefit and best interest, I worked with other realtors who only cared you close on a house so they get their commission, not Julian I felt he truly cared to find me the right property, he was patient to all the questions I asked, and I was very happy with the property he found for me, it was a property not listed on the market yet in Newark NJ, ew construction, I got a really good deal on it, comps sold for around $50k more around the time I bought, I’m very happy with the deal. I will definitely work with Julian in the future, I recommend him to anyone looking for houses.”
