“I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Joshua Harmon throughout the entire closing process. I felt as though I was not given honest and accurate information. Joshua made promises that were not kept and failed to disclose important details about the properties we purchased. Unfortunately, he represented both buyer and seller in this transaction. First, Joshua knew we were purchasing the investment property. It is important that he is being honest providing us the property’s cash flow. We only knew how much the rent total, but he never told us or put it in the discloser that the rent is included tenants all utilities (water and electric) which is a big financial hurt for us after my management company take over. Second, Do not use any of inspector he or his company provided. They will provide 3 inspectors for you to choose, do not use any of them because the inspector will hide some major problems on the inspection report to help them do the sales. Third, it is very common that we should get the keys from the seller after we purchased the property. But after we closed the property, he told me the seller does not have keys for the property. In the meantime, I also reached the closing company WACO TITLE, the closing agent Shani said the title company has no responsibility to transfer the keys, we have to talk to our agent which is Joshua Harmon. In the end, we came to agreement that I will rekey all the properties and he will reimburse the rekey fee to us. So I get everything take care of and send the bill to him through email and text message. He told me his assistant Tisha already sent the check (rekey fee) to me. It’s been 6 months after he response me, I never receive any mail from him. During that 6 month, I reached him through email, text message and phone call in a polite way more than 3 times, he never responds to me. I only received an email from his assistant Tisha says she never mail the check and she is no longer work for the company. Furthermore, Joshua Harmon is the less qualify real estate agent I’ve ever work with. He only takes our contract and the rest is his assistant help me through the entire closing process. This shows he is very busy and he does not have time to take care of you besides in the beginning to take your contract. Overall, I would not recommend Joshua Harmon to anyone looking to buy or sell a property from my experience. He is lack of honesty and transparency has caused significant financial problem for our investment. I wrote this review after waited 6 months for him to correct his mistake, instead he chooses to ignore it. ”
