“Josh and his team were great to work with. Gave advice pre-listing on what could help or hurt our listing & worked to get us relevant comps so we could set the right price point. Once listed, we had weekly updates - we were shown how many people viewed the property, how many showings were requested, and when it came time to reevaluate our price we were shown updated comps to make the right choices. Additionally, I really like the electronic communications - we got texts/emails when showings were happening, we could log in to check on demand as well. All documents could get electronic review and signatures making the process so seamless and easy for us.
