“We were first time home buyers, and clueless about it honestly. We heard stories and it sounded terrifying. We met with a realtor and we weren't impressed. The relator was always to busy and didn't seem like she wanted to work with us. My parents then recommended Jesse. I messaged Jesse and he got back with me right away. He asked what our needs and wants were for our home. He then set us up on available houses that where what we were looking for. Jesse was out of town for family and I had all of these random questions and houses that we wanted to know about and he still took time to message me back and find out the answers.We didn't see any that had caught our eye. I decided to look on morning and found a house that I loved. I messaged Jesse at 7am to see what we could find out about this house. He messaged me back right away and actually set up a time for me that afternoon on my lunch so I could look at since the housing market goes so fast. I fell in love with the house but my boyfriend still needed to look at it so Jesse then took time out of his day and met us later that night so he could look at it. We fell in love and Jesse got on the paperwork done that night so we could put in an offer. Jesse was very upfront and gave us advice on what we should offer and how the housing market is. The next day they accepted the offer and we closed 30 days later. Jesse made this process so easy and painless. Here we thought it would be a long drawn out process and with Jesse as our realtor it was about as painless as buying a car. He always puts his clients first. He goes above and beyond to make the process as painless as he can. He knows contacts in the community that we used to do our inspections and they were very thorough.
