<p>My entry into the world of real estate began in 2003 when I worked as a new home consultant for a national home builder in San Diego, CA. The experience was invaluable as it allowed me to witness homes in all stages of the construction process and gain a better understanding of a home's systems and how they worked together. I still apply the insight gleaned from this experience regularly as it allows me to evaluate homes on a more critical level.  </p> <p></p> <p>Upon relocating to Portland, I felt that it was imperative to align myself with a brokerage that embodied the same level of professionalism and client centric approach that I prided myself on providing to my clients. After working with several of the areas' high producing teams, I quickly realized that Waypoint Brokers Collective was where I belonged. Its boutique feel, higher level of personalized service, and fresh take on marketing made it evident that my clients' interests would best be served here. My goal is to make your real estate transaction a pleasant one. Not one strewn with unforeseen surprises, but rather smooth and seamless made possible through proactive communication.
