Though he enjoyed a successful career in the telecom<br />space, Jeff was always an entrepreneur at heart and yearned for something more<br />fulfilling. After 10 years in telecom, Jeff transitioned into the real estate<br />space. Over the last 15+ years, Jeff has established himself as a savvy,<br />award-winning real estate professional, with transactional experience ranging<br />from residential to commercial properties. Jeff has held numerous real estate<br />leadership roles, ranging from Sales Management, Vice President of Sales, VP of<br />Operations, and Managing Partners of multiple real estate brokerages, leading<br />sales teams up to 50 people and generating hundreds of millions in sales over<br />the course of his career. </p> <p>  </p> <p>Some key factors to Jeff's enduring success have been due to lessons learned from<br />his successes and failures as a real estate entrepreneur, to a lifelong study<br />of business, marketing, and self-development. Over the years Jeff has read a<br />vast amount of books, attended countless training, and has had the privilege to<br />be guided by outstanding mentors and coaches. Jeff believes giving back to the<br />community is an integral and conscious part of being a good human. As such,<br />Jeff is a passionate advocate for at-risk children and has also volunteered<br />countless hours of mentoring and coaching aspiring entrepreneurs and students<br />in the transformation education space. Jeff has also held on numerous executive<br />boards and chairperson roles and currently serves on the Dallas Regional Board<br />of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters, where he helps raise money, lead key<br />fundraising events and recruit top talent to the board. Jeff is also co-founder<br />of Conscious Coalition, a non-profit organization that aims to provide clean<br />water resources and peacebuilding initiatives in global communities where<br />social injustices run rampant.  </p> <p>  </p> <p>Aside from a long career in sales and business development, Jeff's passion for<br />creative arts runs deep! From being raised by an artist's mother to studying<br />arts in college, and a lifelong pursuit of musical studies ranging from being a<br />saxophone player to DJ, Record Producer, Event Producer, and Record Label<br />owner, Jeff is no stranger to the entertainment space. As a DJ of 20+ years, you likely have<br />seen Jeff playing at one of the premier social events in the city. Jeff has had<br />the privilege of DJing all around the world, at the Super Bowl, Fashion Week in<br />NYC, and for notables such as Dirk Nowitzki. This diverse blend of seasoned business<br />experience, colored with a proven track record in numerous entertainment<br />ventures, brings a cool factor to Jeff that’s rarely seen in the business and<br />real estate space.<br />Like most people, Jeff loves traveling with family and friends to distant tropical<br />lands when time permits.
